Description of problem:
This is a tracker bug to help deal with building out a stack of RPM builds of python code for the PyPy runtime.

Add Tracking keyword to avoid bug closure during Rawhide rebase process.

This was deferred in Fedora; I don't think there's anyone who'd treat it as a priority.

If you need a PyPy stack, use virtualenv & install things from PyPI.
