Description:
Cite is an extension which allows a user to create footnotes. Cite includes
several extensions which can be installed independently and operate
independently of each other.
 * Cite.php allows users to create footnotes
 * SpecialCite.php offers Special:Cite

* Sources match upstream (follow version control instructions in spec)
* License tag is OK looking at headers of source files
* rpmlint clean (but see below)
* %doc does not affect runtime
* License text not included in %doc or upstream (OK, might want to ask upstream about this though)

rpmlint warns about a spelling error in %description, but I can't seem to find it. Perhaps it's the name of the files that it's erroring on.

This package is APPROVED.
