It looks like Rails 3 was released back at the end of August,
but there's been no activity in the Fedora git repository
for rubygem-rails since a few days before then.  Changing
Rails versions mid-release can be quite disruptive, but
it would be nice to get Rails 3 into Rawhide before F15
freezes.  Will this be possible?

Rails 3 made it into rawhide before the F15 branch. Closing.
