I think an example for this language is a RHEL5.3 cert + kbase which says some options require 5.4 can be finally posted as RHEL5.3.
shall we make this language more clearly?whether a kbase is needed? and whether the options require a higher RHEL should be only non-unique and non-integrated optional components?

relocated the paragraph currently under RHEL versions to the Options section in chapter 4.

A new catalog and policy guide version which addresses this bug is now available on the official website.  If any problems are encountered please open a bug describing the issue selecting the "Red Hat Hardware Certification Program" product.
