I have now confirmed this problem, and it will be fixed for Fedora 16. As a note to myself: I don't remember what this should be, off the top of my head, and the matter is made worse by the "tabs conflict" between QjackCtl and Qsynth (... and Qtractor). Hopefully the tabs have been fixed--if not, the first step is to ask the upstream developer to reconcile them. I posted a revised version at http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Draft_Documentation/0.1/html/Musicians_Guide/index.html Please verify that this new version fixes the bug.
