C: In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6 the vdsm package set the dev_loss_tmo and polling_interval in /etc/multipath.conf to 60 seconds and 10 seconds respectively.

F: As of vdsm22-4.5-63.13.el5_6 the dev_loss_tmo and polling_interval are set to 30 seconds and 5 seconds respectively.
R: Storage path failover is faster.
Text: The vdsm package was setting the dev_loss_tmo and polling_interval values in /etc/multipath.conf to 60 seconds and 10 seconds respectively. These timeout values were too large and caused slow path failover. The dev_loss_tmo and polling_interval values are now set to 30 seconds and 5 seconds respectively. As a result, storage path failover is faster.

Isn't updated in /etc/multipath.conf on vdsm22-4.5-63.13. Moving back to Assigned. vdsm22-4.5-63.13.el5_6 with a fix for this was build by me only today. Please recheck. Checked on vdsm22-4.5-63.14.el5_6.
