Description of problem:
0.9.15 was released on 2010-12-28 and we should get this into rawhide so it makes F15.

This will also probably take care of depreciated usage of Maybe vs Data.Maybe that is currently resulting in FTBFS in rawhide.

0.9.15 has been built for rawhide. It hasn't been tested yet.

The server part hasn't had much testing, put the client seems OK.
