Pidgin's privacy model is known to be quite deficient. Due to the way it has evolved, the options available are not always applicable to every protocol in use. For MSN the only privacy options that are actually implemented are "Allow only the users below" and "Block only the users below". To get the desired result of allowing all users, I suggest you set this to "Block only the users below" and then remove any users shown in the list that you don't want blocked. ...the hell? I switched it like you said, and it showed him as in the blocked list. I know quite well I did not put him there... Oh well. Not a bug. Thank you for pointing this out. |
