virt-v2v conversion would hang if its output was redirected at the command line. This bug was reported and corrected during development. It was not seen in production systems in the field.

Description of problem:
The conversion will hang for ever when converting a VM with redirected stdout 2>&1 at the end of command line, due to 'Out of memory during list extend at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Term/ProgressBar.pm line 749.'

Convert VM with redirected stdout 2>&1

# LIBGUUESTFS_TRACE=1 virt-v2v  -ic qemu+ssh://10.66.72.xxx/system -o rhev -osd 10.66.90.115:/vol/v2vrwu1/xen_export rhel5u6-32b-qcow2-test > rhel5u6-32b-qcow2-test1.log 2>&1
