1.Open this page -- "https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_create_an_RPM_package".
2.See the paragraph of "Getting ready to package a particular program" -> "Reuse existing package information", then click the link of "Fedora Package Database".
3.This page -- "https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packages/list/?_csrf_token=3e5af6211fd4162f3013bf97268c64e7d6d7e5cc" is opened

Fixed.

In the future, feel free to fix things that are in the wiki yourself.  The wiki is a community project and is open to all members of Fedora to make changes and improve things.
