Description of problem:
peekfd utility from psmisc package doesn't work on ppc64 architecture. It's generate endless output when run without file descriptor argument. It doesn't generate any output when run with fd argument.

psmisc-22.6-15.el6

How reproducible:
always, using scenario bellow

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get PID of bash (for example)
2. run peekfd <PID>
  
Actual results:
Endless output is generated.

Expected results:
Output is generated only when something is typed or print within bash process.

proposed patch

PowerPC peekfd was written to support 32-bit registers only.
Proposed patch fixes this issue.
