same issue here, this time with domain creation

It's failed because PV still open (probably by device mapper), but from the log getDeviceList return it as free (without VG on it).
It's weird a little and for full picture we need at least output
of: pvs, vgs, lvs, dmsetup ls.

So, try to reproduce it with all relevant outputs.
