Description of problem:
unable to add NAPTR records with dns2 tools

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ipa  dnsrecord-add newzone1 naptr --naptr-rec='E2U+msg" "!^.*$!info!'

Actual Results:
ipa dnsrecord-find newzone1 naptr works
 
dig -t NAPTR naptr.newzone1
and
dig -t NAPTR naptr.newzone1 NAPTR
Give no results

Other: I'm pretty sure I'm using naptr correctly. Though, it is a new record type to me. I'm working off of:
