Comment 3 Horst H. von Brand 2011-01-21 18:11:45 UTC
Right clicking on said book offers to open a viewer, selecting the "View" option briefly opens a blank window, on the gnome-terminal from which I started calibre I get:

Yeah, I can see this here too. ;(

Looks like a PyQt4 crash of some kind. Adding the maintainer for comment...

Rex: any ideas?

Now python-2.7.1-5.fc15.x86_64, PyQt4-4.8.3-0.1.454d07a16153.fc15.x86_64 here.

Comment 7 Horst H. von Brand 2011-01-24 01:06:35 UTC
Now:

python-2.7.1-5.fc15.x86_64
python-2.7.1-5.fc15.i686
PyQt4-4.8.3-0.1.454d07a16153.fc15.x86_64
calibre-0.7.42-1.fc15.x86_64

The View window works now.

Can this be closed?

Comment 8 Kevin Fenzi 2011-01-24 01:11:10 UTC
I suppose so. It works again here too. ;(

I don't see anything in the calibre changelog that looks related.
