Proposed patch to remove extraneous trailing dots

Description of problem:

For unknown reasons, a dot has been appended to several lines of man-pages-2.48-passwd.patch in man-pages SRPMS, which introduced in particular a groff syntax error with .PP. macro.
Patch against man-pages-2.48-passwd.patch attached.
