Description of problem:

Current rawhide contains
 aspell-ca-50:2.1.5-1.fc15
while F14 contains
 aspell-ca-50:20040130-4.fc12

I.e. rpm-NEVR-wise the version in rawhide is less than the version in Fedora.

Expected results:
aspell-ca's NEVR in rawhide to be greater than in F14.
