Description of problem:
"--rollback" is not documented in man page,
as well as  rpm --help output.

rpm-4.4.2.3-18.el5


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  man rpm  and find out "--rollback" 
2.  Run rpm --help and find out "--rollback"
  
Actual results:
No information about "--rollback" 

Expected results:
Man page should include how to use "--rollback"
i.e.  Edit /etc/yum.conf or /etc/rpm/macros
How to specify the option. '3:20 pm', '3 hours ago' and 'may 25'

RHEL5 is in development stage 2 now. This rules out man page improvements as an update. --rollback is broken by design anyway and noone should really use it. It got removed from the code base in a later version or rpm for exactly this reason.
