Description Jon Masters 2011-01-26 10:49:25 UTC
Description of problem:

Several attempts have been made to fix the inclusion of /sbin/biosdevname into Anaconda, but the most recent compose does not seem to have worked, if the content of boot.iso is anything to go by. Can you guys please take another look into this (and possibly generate a specific extra compose or boot.iso with rel-eng so that we can be sure it is fixed before tomorrow's 6.1 compose?)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

anaconda-13.21.91-1.el6

How reproducible:

Verify the content of boot.iso does not contain /sbin/biosdevname

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Extract the boot.iso from a compose
2. Extract the initrd.img
3. Look for /sbin/biosdevname

Actual results:

No /sbin/biosdevname is found

Expected results:

/sbin/biosdevname is picked up in the compose
