A patch fixing the typo

Description of problem:

Man page of cman_tool.8 says cman_tool accepts following command line:

  cman_tool -d <value>

Howerver, it doesn't because of the specification of getopt command line
parser. It accepts

  cman_tool -d<value>

Man page should be fixed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

RHEL6 branch of git.

How reproducible:

See -d option of man cman_tool
 Invoke cman_tool debug -d 256

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results:

  cman_tool: unknown option 255

Expected results:

The man page tells a command line which works.
