Additional info:
Works fine with kernel-2.6.37-2.fc15.x86_64. Saw the same problem with an earlier version of kernel-2.6.38

Please try 2.6.38-0.rc2.git7.1.fc15 when it finishes building - there was a set of nouveau fixes in the latest update.

2.6.38-0.rc2.git7.1.fc15 solves my problem.
