Description of problem:
I'm running empty Satellite 5.3.0 Embedded Oracle upgrade to 5.4.0 and in step "Upgrade 3. step: Convert the database schema" I lunch gathering stats in DB. Script ends without reported error, but with exit code 1.

Fixed in 5.4.1 in bug 617305.
