Description of problem:
Upon loading the Templates main view, the "platform services" table never renders -- it presents a "Loading..." message apparently in perpetuity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Assure you have resources of all types in inventory
2. Login to JON; navigate to Administration > Templates
3. View results
  
Actual results:
The "Platform Services" frame never renders

Expected results:
Correct population of Platform Services data

Closing.  This appears to have been fixed recently.
