Description of Problem: Using the latest satellite installer on
https://satellite.webdev-colo.redhat.com/, connecting securely returns and error
message of 'Incorrect Message Autentication Code'. Attempting to connect in
http:// mode throws a cookie error. Times appear to be correct on client and
server.
