mbarnes updated libgweather. Not sure if something went wrong with the corresponding updated evolution build or what

Evolution 2.91.6 needs the newer libgweather (which is why I updated it).  Porting gnome-panel to gtk3 should be done any day now, right?

oh, sorry, i guess i'm misreading the yum output. I thought it meant evolution was still depending on the old libgweather

Fixed with gnome-panel 2.91.6
