Description of problem:Create a User and Edit


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to portal
2.Click on admin 
3.The login details are shown as in screen shot.
The last login IP and failed count seems to be wrong .
The last login IP was same as current login IP and there wasnt any failed login count.
