Description of problem:
According to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/SysVInitScript oddjob 
component init script should return code "2" on nonexist action

# service oddjobd nonexist ; echo $?
Usage: /etc/init.d/oddjobd {start|stop|restart|condrestart|try-restart|reload|force-reload|status}
1
