Description of problem:
Jobs are failing because optional repository is not available
after the fresh installation.

linuxdoc-tools required here is in optional repository.

always
provision system with --distro RHEL6-Server-6.0

Expected results:
Optional repository is available.

Additional info:
I didn't check it yet but the problem may be valid also for RHEL6.1 builds.

Please open an rt ticket so we can track that there.  This is not a bug in the software but in administration setup.
