Not duplicates with anything newer than g-p-m 2.91.5.
Is anybody still seeing this with 3.0.0 ?
It is working fine for me.

Discussed at 2011-04-15 blocker review meeting. Accepted as a blocker under criterion "# All applications listed under the Applications menu or category must start successfully ". Multiple testers report this is fixed in current F15 and no automated reports with current versions, so closing.
