Description of problem:
"Apply" button in display tool stays not available since was pressed for a first time.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-2.91.6-3.fc15

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run gnome-control-center display tool
2. do some configuration changes, press apply button
3. do not close window and do more changes. 
4. try to press apply button
  
Actual results:
apply button stays unavailable and changes do not apply

Expected results:
apply button available and changes apply

I saw this problem multiple times on both 686 and x64 architectures, using the gnome3 pre-alpha live ISO.
