Description of problem:
Scrolling with the scroll wheel in presentation mode scrolls two pages instead of only one.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.91.6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a pdf with evince
2. Start presentation mode
3. Scroll through the pages using the scroll wheel
  
Actual results:
Each 'scroll' scrolls two pages.

Expected results:
Should scroll only one page.

Does it happen in other GTK+ 3.x applications.

Yeah, seems to be this bug. Happened also in eog, nautilus, etc.

This has been fixed upstream, should be in rawhide very soon
