Going to Edit / Preferences causes the app to hang; it redraws correctly on being moved, but no interaction is possible.

Console messages that get dumped when the hang happens:

Will be fixed by libgnome-media-profiles 2.91.2-13

The older one was rebuilt, but against an older GTK+.
