Wine always try to download gecko in first run, very annoying.

please, do a wine-gecko package: http://wiki.winehq.org/BuildingWineGecko

Steps to Reproduce:

$ mv ~/.wine  ~/.wine.old ; wine cmd
wine: created the configuration directory '/home/xose/.wine'
Could not load wine-gecko. HTML rendering will be disabled.
