Description of problem:
Looks like language change doesn't work in programs with gtk3.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gtk3 2.99.3-1.fc15
nautilus 2.91.9-1.fc15
empathy 2.91.5.1-2.fc15


How reproducible:
Every time.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add russian keyboard layout.
2. Switch laguage from english to russian
3. Start typing anywhere in gtk3 program (like nautilus, empathy or gnome-control-center)
4. Enlglish letters will appear while indicator is showing russian layout is active. 
5. Typing in other program is ok(like firefox, pidgin).
  
Actual results:
No layout change.


Expected results:
Layout change.

this has been fixed in the latest gtk3 releases upstream, should be in rawhide very soon.
