Description of problem:
The obsoletes only includes part of the release string and hence doesn't include the latest version of fedora-gnome-theme that was in rawhide.
The latest version of fedora-gnome-theme was 15.0-1.fc15.
bash-4.1$ rpm -q gnome-themes-standard
gnome-themes-standard-2.91.8-3.fc15.i686
bash-4.1$ rpm -q --obsoletes gnome-themes-standard
fedora-gnome-theme <= 15.0-1
15.0-1 is < 15.0-1.fc15 so this test will not work as intended.
