Description Adrian Reber 2011-02-07 07:52:03 UTC
Trying to build gromacs on ppc64 fails because the libs are installed in the wrong directories:

-- Installing: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/gromacs-4.5.3-2.fc15.ppc64/usr/lib/libgmx.so

File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/gromacs-4.5.3-2.fc15.ppc64/usr/lib64/libgmx.so

Comment 1 Susi Lehtola 2011-02-07 07:58:33 UTC
Reported upstream a month ago, but nothing has happened hitherto.
 http://redmine.gromacs.org/issues/623

I may have to fix this by moving the libraries manually.

Comment 2 Adrian Reber 2011-02-07 20:30:32 UTC
Thanks for the upstream link. The package has already been fixed in git, so that it now builds. Closing this bug.
