Description of problem:
Inventoried PostgreSQL resources include database and table objects, but do not include any schema objects.  

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 2.4.0

Expected results:
The schema objects should be recorded in the inventory as a separate level in between the database and table object levels in the resource hierarchy.
