Description Gérard Milmeister 2011-02-07 22:41:07 UTC
Description of problem:
Starting slime with sbcl fails, since the swank-loader.lisp file cannot be loaded. It tries to find the file in /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/slime whereas the files reside in /usr/share/common-lisp/source/swank.
After setting the variable slime-backend to /usr/share/common-lisp/source/swank/swank-loader.lisp, the Lisp files are loaded into sbcl.
However, there is a message "Versions differ: 2010-11-12 (slime) vs. nil (swank). Continue? (y or n)".
