Description of problem:
PackageKit-command-not-found installs missing program, but subsequently launches it without escaping white spaces as they were escaped in command line.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
PackageKit-command-not-found-0.6.11-2.fc14.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose a program you don't have currently or uninstall it. I assume that the program is "nedit", as it was in my case.
2. Try to run it with a command line arguments having spaces e.g. nedit ~/file\ with\ spaces.txt
3. Answer "y" to PackageKit to allow it to install nedit.
  
Actual results:
PackageKit will ask if to install nedit, install it and run command without "\" charecters, that is nedit ~/file with spaces.txt

Expected results:
Excape characters treated correctly (in exact same way as user's current shell)

This message is a notice that Fedora 14 is now at end of life. Fedora 
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 14. It is 
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no 
longer maintained.  At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version'
