Description of problem:
I wanted to submit a feature request for JON agent version 1.3.1. The request involves jvm discovery by the agent. Currently the agent looks for jvm's by scanning for java* I would like to see this changed so the agent looks for *java* This would allow for more flexibility within the jvm names, for instance, the naming standard we use has the format <appname#server>.java This allows us to better see the name when using various tools when directly on the server, specifically 'top' The top tool will only display up to 15 characters for the name.
