Description of problem:
Using the scroll wheel (up/down) when hovering over the volume control applet always makes the volume go down, once the problem has been triggered.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-panel 2.32.0.2

How reproducible:
Reproducible every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new gnome-panel and put it on the left side of the screen
2. Make sure you have a volume control icon/applet (notification area) on the left panel
3. Ensure that mouse scrolling up or down while hovering on the volume control icon turns the volume up or down
3. Click the volume control applet once to make the volume slider appear
4. You can get rid of the volume slider now (by clicking elsewhere, so that it would hide it)
5. Try step 3 again now

Actual results:
Whichever way you scroll (up/down) while hovering over the volume control icon always results in the volume being turned down.

Expected results:
Scrolling up turns the volume up. Scrolling down turns the volume down.

This message is a notice that Fedora 14 is now at end of life. Fedora 
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 14. It is 
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no
