Description of problem:

"warning: /proc/ide/hd?/settings interface is obsolete and will be removed soon!" message appears in /var/log/messages file when sosreport command is executed

RHEL5.6

How reproducible:

Executing the following command:
# cp /proc/ide/hda/settings /tmp

or execute sosreport command.
  
Actual results:
"warning: /proc/ide/hd?/settings interface is obsolete and will be removed soon!" message is in /var/log/messages file.

Expected results:
No such message

Additional info:
It is an old problem.

Please refer to comment 9 in BZ#663665.
We expect sos to do that, the warning should be discarded.
