Description of problem:

Notice the error message contains u'' wapper

Failed to import job because of: u'No Distro matches Recipe: <distroRequires><and><distro_arch value="i386" op="="></distro_arch><distro_name value="RHEL6-Server-6.0_nfs-i386" op="="></distro_name><distro_method value="nfs" op="="></distro_method></and><distro_virt value="" op="="></distro_virt></distroRequires>'

And it would be nice if the message was formatted a little.

Say, for example:

This was concidentally fixed by tidying up the str() of BX in this commit, which went into Beaker 0.14.0:
