Description of problem:
When I run rhsm-compliance-icon in the master and/or RHEL6 branches, it doesn't seem to be able to find an image to display and it shows up as a blank icon.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install subscription-manager-gnome and all of its deps on a rhel6 machine.
2. run rhsm-compliance-icon (also try adding --force-icon=expired --force-icon=warning)
  
Actual results:
A blank icon is rendered.

Expected results:
The rhsm icon shows in both the taskbar and the pop up message.

The icons are showing properly (looks better than the beta ones too!)
