How to reproduce
-----
1. Working as usual.
2. gnome-settings-daemon crashed (crashes randomly)
3. Desktop theme is reset to default.
4. After opening System -> Preferences -> Appearance, outlook is restored (except nautilus + root window icons).
5. After killing nautilus (-HUP or -TERM) it restarts and its outlook is restored as well.

Quite often, nm-applet crashes at the same time.
