Description of problem:
When the NNTP gateway is set up in mailman mailing list configuration, it is blocked by SELinux, because mailman cannot connect to the NNTP port. Also, when the SpamAssassin filtering with spamd is enabled, mailman cannot connect to the spamd port.

Additional info:
Adding the following three rules to the SELinux policy fixes the problem:

allow mailman_mail_t spamd_port_t:tcp_socket name_connect;
allow mailman_queue_t innd_port_t:tcp_socket name_connect;
allow mailman_mail_t innd_port_t:tcp_socket name_connect;
