Description of problem:
Package Management/Update Notifier does not load in KDE Desktop

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login
  
Actual results:
no update notifier icon

Expected results:
update notifier icon should be seen

Additional info:
commenting out  below mentioned line in /etc/xdg/autostart/gpk-update-icon.desktop file to enable gpk-update-icon in KDE.
NotShowIn=KDE;

-->> the icon isnt displayed on the taskbar, just a blank space <<--
The icon should be visible once it has checked for updates available on RHN.
