Description of problem: Consumer wide-screen TV (1280x720 and larger) often over-scans in the horizontal direction, even when digital. Anaconda installer screens should avoid the left-most 50 pixels (1.3cm on a typical desktop monitor with 0.25mm/pixel) so that the over-scanning does not chop off intended text and graphics.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install using a wide-screen TV as monitor, such as Panasonic 26" to 40" models.

Actual results: Left-most 50 pixels or so are off-screen, and include critical UI stuff such as radio buttons, check boxes, text, etc.
Expected results: Content is always visible, even with common over-scan on wide-screen TV.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.
(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
