Description of problem:

Chapter 3.6 does not contain info about the fact there is necessary at first to move the processes to a group which has attached controller freezer and then freeze the group. It is impossible to move processes to group which is already frozen.

Also it would be fine to emphasize in 3.4  cpuset.cpus and cpuset.mems parameters have to be set before cpuset group is used (now the parameters have "(mandatory)" notice behind their names, which can be overlooked or can puzzle sb )
