Thank you for the bug report. I am not able to reproduce this behaviour directly but there can be a connection with patch 'Handle device reconnects more smoothly' in upstream HG. Could you try install this test build, please? http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=2843674&name=minicom-2.5-3.fc14.i686.rpm (In reply to comment #1) > Thank you for the bug report. I have tried the test build and its the same. But I have manage to get it work with USB converter, so now I suspect faulty Serial port controller. I have also tried a live CD Fedora 14 and its the same (even that is not actually a test as the version of minicom on the live cd is the same as that on my PC, but that at least ruled out buggy library, dependency or misconfiguration). I will try with another machine with Fedora 14 asap and will reply here. -mrko Can you still reproduce this issue? If not I will close this bug. (In reply to comment #3) > Can you still reproduce this issue? If not I will close this bug. Sorry for the delay. No, I cant reproduce the issue for some time. Everything is working fine now. Thanks.
