Even if the password is correct the result is the same (a "traceback"). Your traceback is missing last (but quite important line). That line usually state, which error occurred. Can you update it, please? I am sorry. Sure, here it is:

I have just found out that this is a regression. The problem does not appear on RHN Proxy 5.3 (spacewalk-proxy-package-manager-0.5.7-14.el5sat).
